Office Hours at our Okoboji Resort during the Season (May 1 thru Sept 30) are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM every day, however if we are temporarily out of the office or if you call after office hours, we will return your call no later than the next business day. Please leave a voice mail message that includes your name and phone number.

Calls to the Crescent Beach Family Resort Office during the off-season (October 1 thru April 30), will be returned the following business day.
