If we are temporarily out of the office or if you call after office hours, we will return your call no later than the next business day. Please leave a voice mail message that includes your name and phone number.
Calls to the Crescent Beach Family Resort Office during the off-season (October 1 thru April 30), will be returned the following business day.
Common QUESTIONS
All reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total reservation including tax at the time of the reservation. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If Crescent Beach Resort is notified of a change to the reservation within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date , then deposits may be used during the same season.
We take reservations up to one full year in advance!
