The Little Sioux Cottage is a spacious 1,550 sq. ft. lakefront home perfect for large groups of 1 to 12 guests, located just 30 feet from the water and private dock. The main floor features a large living area with a flat-screen TV, a queen sofa sleeper, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and three bedrooms, including a king master suite and two bedrooms with a queen bed in each. The lower level provides additional sleeping quarters with two sets of bunk beds and two twins, while modern essentials like central air, an additional flat-screen TV in basement, and daily maid service ensure a comfortable, home-like stay.
